Liberty, the human rights organisation is organising a competition:

Cartoon 'we need ID Cards like a hamster needs a surfboard'

Not convinced by the Government’s intentions for ID Cards? Neither are we. So what are they good for?
The search is on, headed by Sydney the Hamster (who fancies a new surfboard) and we want your ideas.
Those who come up with the most innovative and amusing uses for ID Card will be rewarded from a range of freedom-themed prizes.
Send your entries to us, choosing the ‘Campaigns’ option on this email form.
The deadline for entries is 31 October. Winners will be judged by a panel including Diane Abbott MP, Boris Johnson MP and Lembit Opik MP.
