Colbert Report and Daily Show

Filed under: Uncategorized — notsaussure @ 1:16 am

Via Boing Boing:   As people may know, Viacom, the owners of The Colbert Report and The Daily Show, keep on getting YouTube, for copyright reasons, to remove clips people have uploaded and to which I sometimes link.   What people may not know — well, I didn’t — is that they’re posting them themselves on iFilm, which is owned by Viacom.    Complete sets (updated as each show is broadcast, it seems) of The Colbert Report here and The Daily Show here.

Idealog have put together RSS feeds for both shows.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem possible — or, if it is, I don’t know how to do it and the WordPress fora and FAQs seem to imply it’s not yet possible — to link direct to iFilm clips as one can with some other video sites (it’s a technical limitation in WordPress, I think), but I thought people might like to know about this
